Covid-19 Update
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed life for all of us whether that be in the home or in the workplace.
Here at Industrial Coatings Ltd, we continue to operate supplying both sales and technical support. This is managed whilst following UK government guidelines as we attempt to keep both our colleagues and you, our customers safe.
Post-lockdown society will continue to be challenging and will require us all to do things differently both now and also for the foreseeable future.
Our products will however have an important role to play as the U.K and its economy returns to a level of normality:
Coatings – Protective/Maintenance/General Industrial and Marine.
Construction supplies – Resins/Grouts/Repair-mortars/Sealants and Waterproofing products.
We will of course do our very best to support each and every-one of you in this process.
The following are just some of the ways in which we are doing all we can to help you;
We will continue to operate at all branches to ensure you receive supplies and technical assistance within a minimum-period of time. Our operators are observing the two metre social distancing rules. Your deliveries will continue to be non-direct contact. Collection at our branches will continue to be permitted with prior agreement/communication and will again follow social distancing guidelines. All of our colleagues are following a structured hygiene policy and using anti-bacterial products in the attempt to remain infection free. Our drivers are using hygienic gloves and anti-bacterial wipes during the delivery process. Antibacterial products are available all points of social and commercial interaction.
We understand that things may be difficult at the moment for you and if you are struggling financially, please let us know.
We can then discuss your individual needs and again, we will do all we can to support you.
We fully understand that your business may have changed, or is going to change due to COVID-19, so we are working with all of our suppliers to ensure that the products you need in the future, which may not be the ones from the past, are available for you quickly and at the right price.
