ShotCrete 437F is a fast-setting and fast-curing rapid strength gain dry spray concrete that is resistant to chloride penetration. Consisting of a unique blend of natural cement based binder, specially selected and dried loose graded aggregates all passing a 2.5 mm sieve and steel fibres.

    • Yield: Generally 1 x 25 kg bag of ShotCrete 437F mixed with a water/cement ratio of 38% will produce approximately 10 litres of finish mortar

Product Description


ShotCrete 437F is a concrete repair mortar based on a Natural Cement based binder. It is a fibre reinforced (steel or polypropylene) dry spray environmentally friendly, fast setting, high early strength concrete repair material that starts at 20ºc to set in 4 minutes and is totally set in 10 minutes.

The product only requires to be added to water (see mixing instructions for further details) and unlike most other manufacturers products does not require primers, bonding agents and or curing agents. It can be used in cold & wet conditions, sets under water and can be if required from a minimum of 10 mm built up layer on layer to any thickness. This product can be used dependent on the inflow to stop running water.

ShotCrete 437F should be removed from tools and equipment with water immediately after use.

 

Storage


ShotCrete 437F is packaged in a 25 kg polythene inner bag with a resealable tie within a stitch sealed woven polypropylene outer bag, which should be stored in dry conditions and will last for at least twelve months.
