TrackCrete is a fast setting and curing rapid strength concrete that is resistant to chloride penetration consisting of a blend of natural cement based binder, specially selected dried graded aggregates and food grade retarders.

    • Yield: Generally, 1 x 25 kg bag of TrackCrete mixed with 2 litres of water will produce approximately 10 litres of concrete

Product Description


TrackCrete is a fast setting, hard-wearing concrete based on a Natural Cement based binder, it is an environmentally friendly, fast setting, high early strength concrete material that starts to set in 35 minutes.

The product only requires to be added to water and mixed for 2 minutes (see mixing instructions for further details), and unlike most other manufacturers products does not require primers, bonding agents and or other curing agents. It can be used in cold & wet conditions, sets under water and, if required, can be from a minimum of 38 mm built up layer on layer up to any thickness. It can receive foot traffic after 1 hour and car traffic 2 hours after set.

TrackCrete should be removed from tools and equipment with water immediately after use.

 

Storage


TrackCrete is packaged in a 25 kg polythene inner bag with a resealable tie within a stitch sealed woven polypropylene outer bag, which should be stored in dry conditions and will last for at least twelve months.
