RD-AquaRoad

Water based, one component, UN beaded traffic paint of the A2 type, based on pure acrylic resin and titanium dioxide.

USE:

Fast drying A2 type traffic paint for road markings, especially suited for outdoor lines and crossing areas in populated or rural areas

FEATURES:

Single component water-based traffic paint based on pure acrylic resins for outdoor use only.

RD-Aqua road is water-based, easy to handle, safe and has no fire risks.
It is a fast-drying coating system that greatly reduces downtime during installation.
Virtually odour free, it does not affect neighbouring occupants and can therefore be used in densely populated or rural areas.
RD-Aqua road is UV resistant and has very good resistance against wear and abrasion.

RD-Aqua road is part of the SCS Single Coating System – product group.

SUBSTRATES:

Concrete asphalt

APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

Ambient temperature: minimum 10 C (50F)
Optimal between 12 and 25C (54 and 77F).
Relative humidity: maximum 85 %

APPLICATION MEANS:

Brush or airless (nozzle size: 019025)

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE:

The substrate must be clean: dry, De greased and dust free. Non adhering elements such as older coatings must be removed.

DILUTION:

Product is ready-for-use.

DRYING TIME (20C – 68F):

Touch dry: +/- 30 minutes

CLEANING OF TOOLS:

Water

PREPARATION:

Mix well before use.
