NATCEM D is a Reg.31 approved dry pre-blended grout consisting of a blend of natural cement based binder and retarders resistant to chloride penetration.

Product Description

NATCEM D is a blend of a Natural Cement and food grade retarders. It is a fine grout that is environmentally-friendly and used for repairs around sewers, ground stabilisation, work around the sea, grouting around tunnel linings and areas where chemical attack or pollution is likely.

It can be injected into artesian water bearing strata and also can be used where high penetration is required. This product only requires to be added to water (see mixing instructions on the product data sheet for further details), can be used in cold & wet conditions, sets under water and can also be used to stop running water. It is also Reg.31 approved for contact with drinking water with only ½ hour curing period after set required.

Cleanup

NATCEM D should be removed from tools and equipment with water immediately after use.

 

Storage

NATCEM D is packaged in a polythene inner bag with a resealable tie within a stitch sealed woven polypropylene outer bag, which should be stored in dry conditions and will last for at least twelve months.
