Jotamastic 85

Description

This is a two component polyamine cured epoxy mastic coating. It is a surface tolerant, high solids product.

Specially designed for areas where optimum surface preparation is not possible or desired. It provides long lasting protection in environments with high corrosivity and can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments.

Where To Use

General: Protective coating for steel above and below water.

Marine: Outside hulls, exterior and interior areas.

Offshore: Splash zones, submerged areas, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and mining equipment.

Approvals

• Approved for PSPC (Performance Standard for Protective Coatings) for ballast tanks according to IMO Res. MSC.215(82)
• Suitable for application on newbuilding and maintenance situations
