Jotun Pilot

The Jotun Pilot range are primarily user-friendly and easy application coatings.

Jotun Pilot – A superior quality, high solids, VOC compliant, fast drying alkyd primer. Exceptional durability in exterior applications with a suitable top coat.

Surface dry in 15 minutes at 23 degrees C.

Resists against dry heat up to 120 degrees C.

Jotun Pilot QD Primer is a single pack high build alkyd coating, zinc phosphate pigmented. Jotun Pilot QD Primer has been designed to offer an extended wet edge making it perfectly suitable to be applied by brush. Pilot QD Primer is suitable to be applied directly to correctly prepared metal as a primer and also benefits from being suitable as a mid-coat in normal atmospheric environments

Pilot QD suitable substrates are;

Prepared carbon steel, aluminium and wooden substrates.

Marine areas where Jotun Pilot is recommended are areas such as; above and below deck in marine environments, superstructures as well as many other industrial areas

Jotun Pilot ACR is an easy to use one component acrylic finish coat with special features to help your painting schedule become more effective. Pilot ACR features direct-to-metal (DTM), high build and fast drying properties, and cures down to minus 10˚C.

Jotun Pilot II is an easy to use one component alkyd finish topcoat. Easily applied with brush, roller or spray suitable on both aged and new coatings. Available with a full colour assortment, the product offers high gloss and gloss retention.
