Pegagraff Hydro is undoubtedly a market leader in the protection of buildings susceptible to graffiti. It is a water-borne, colourless and extremely abrasion resistant varnish and is solvent resistant – hence why all kinds of paint can be removed easily with use of the Pegagraff Hydro Cleaner.

Touch dry in 2 hours and recoatable in just 5 – this two-pack polyurethane product is resistant to UV, acids and alkalis. It can also be used as a colourless varnish for internal walls.

We do also have a range of Graffiti Shield products – the main product being the Graffiti Shield Hydro which is a water-borne permanent anti-graffiti coating, with unique anti-graffiti and hydrophobic properties. The coating stays fully intact and does not need to be re-applied once any graffiti has been removed from the substrate. This transparent coating is extremely UV resistant and is oleophobic (strongly repellent of oils and fats). It can be applied to various mineral substrates including masonry, brickwork and stone.

To remove graffiti once the coating has been applied, you should use the Graffiti Shield Cleaner. Spray with a small hand pressure pump or apply with a sponge/brush and leave to soak into the graffiti for a few minutes – once you’ve allowed for this, you should be able to remove the graffiti with ease. Ensure you rinse the surface with clean water to finish the process – as mentioned above, the coat of Graffiti Shield Hydro already applied will not be affected by the cleaner and will remain fully intact!
