Simply place your order for a colour match and send your sample to our Hull branch, ensuring your order number is clearly included with the package. This allows our team to accurately identify and process your request without delay.

Once received, our specialists will carefully match your sample and create a unique custom colour reference. This reference can then be used to order any of our compatible products in your bespoke colour, ensuring consistency across all future purchases.

Terms and Conditions:

Colour samples must be dry samples (not liquid) and should ideally be as 'panel-like' as possible, which are flat enough to be measured by a spectrophotometer (colour measuring equipment). We cannot accept different size panels / objects for matching, although if these are not flat the accuracy of the match could reduce.

Colour samples sent at are the sole responsibly of the sender. The New Guard Coatings Group cannot be held liable in any way for as loss, damage or delay in transit. The choice of service, cost and service provider is at the sole discretion of the sender. We recommended a service that is 'signed for' but this is not obligatory.

If you require the colour sample to be returned, this must be communicated at the point of order / shipment with our team. We do not return colour samples as standard.
