A surface tolerant, one pack primer, compatible with multiple International finish coatings.
Interprime 198 is a high performance, single component universal alkyd primer with quick drying properties making it suitable for use in both maintenance and new construction in the fabrication shop. Interprime 198 is surface tolerant and is over-coat-able with a wide range of topcoats, including epoxies and polyurethanes.

Intended Uses:
Primarily intended for use as a maintenance primer on hand prepared steel.Quick drying properties make it equally suitable for use at new construction in the fabrication shop.
Suitable for over-coating hand prepared substrates, and overcoat-able with a wide range of topcoats, including epoxies and polyurethanes.
