Barpimo Universal Wood Stain

Barpimo Universal Wood Stain (Impregnante Aquabarp) is a transparent, single component, water-based impregnation universal stain for interior and exterior woodwork. It forms part of our breathable two-pack stain and varnishing system for stable structures, such as household furniture, interior and exterior doors, windows, summerhouses etc.

Product Description

Once Barpimo Universal Wood Stain (Impregnante Aquabarp) has been applied, the application of Aquabarp Universal Mate 20ND (included in this pack) will protect your indoor and outdoor wood, furniture, doors, windows and structures . It provides stability to light and covers defects very well. It has a strong penetrating power, is breathable and contains UV filters for long protection and colour retention.

 

Application

Prepare the surface by sanding using 180 grain sand paper. Application of the Barpimo Universal Wood Stain (Impregnante Aquabarp) should always be with a matching colour top-coat, the use of a colourless stain is only recommended to reduce the tone of the topcoat - the Aquabarp Universal Mate 20ND.

Once the stain has dried, apply two coats of the Aquabarp Universal Mate 20ND at a rate of 150-200g/m2, preferably sanding between each coat.
