PACK SIZE;
1.5kg (0.84litre) and 7kg (3.92litre) units.
SURFACE PREPARATION;
Remove all paint, grease, oil, rust and all loose materials, ensuring that the surface is clean and dry. Roughen surfaces by deep scoring or drill small holes to give a good 'key'. On corners or edges these should be pinned before applying Formfil. Mixing Place a quantity of the Resin Paste on a suitable flat board forming a ball of material approximately the size of a golf ball. Squeeze out a strip of hardener approximately 25mm (1") long and mix thoroughly with a putty knife or suitable tool until a smooth even coloured paste is obtained. Application Instructions Once mixed the Formfil should be pressed firmly into place but the surface should be left proud to allow for sanding. After approximately 15 minutes cure, sanding, drilling or machining can take place. In colder weather a longer curing period should be allowed. Tools and equipment should be cleaned with Nuwash immediately after use, before the Formfil hardens. If Formfil is being used on new timber formwork; after it has fully cured we recommend that Nulease Formwork Coating be applied. This is to standardise the finish and provide a hard wearing blemish free surface. Nulease and Formfil are compatible products.
